PETRA International Dashboard
A centralized internal dashboard designed to help International Offices manage operations, monitor activities, and support strategic decision-making through a more integrated and data-driven workflow. The platform consolidates records, international initiatives, and institutional coordination into a single workspace—transforming fragmented processes into a more connected, efficient, and actionable system.
The problem
Many International Offices in universities across Indonesia still manage operational activities through disconnected spreadsheets, manual reporting processes, scattered documentation, and communication across multiple platforms. While functional in the early stages, this approach often reduces visibility, creates duplicated work, and slows institutional decision-making. As international engagement continues to expand, fragmented systems can make coordination more difficult, limit access to reliable data, and reduce the ability to monitor institutional performance effectively.
Purpose
This project was developed as a centralized dashboard experience designed specifically to support International Office operations through better visibility, coordination, and operational efficiency. The platform consolidates institutional records and international activities into a single environment while enabling teams to monitor performance indicators, manage workflows, generate reports, and coordinate initiatives across faculties and external partners. By combining clear information architecture with insight-driven interfaces, the dashboard supports faster decision-making, improves operational transparency, and creates a more scalable foundation for institutional growth.
